Athletes In Training Smart Group Adult Performance Training is not just about making you sweat or getting you in shape. Our group training is designed to help you live healthier, become pain free and reduce your risk of injury. In a world where life changes so fast and adults are juggling so many responsibilities, you never know the situation you’ll be facing.
We use an integrated training system incorporating the use of 21st century fitness principles. Our program helps our clients meet the necessary duties and responsibilities of life, while also decreasing the potential for injury and eliminating everyday aches and pains. All training programs are customized to meet the groups training goals and are based off of a pre-training assessment.
12-Month Program $79 a month
6-Month Program $99 a month
Members attend three sessions a week for 60 minutes per session. Classes alternate between full body strength training and a metabolic conditioning class for 3 weeks. In week 4, the “off” week, we implement a recovery/regeneration and corrective strategies class. The strength training and metabolic conditioning classes are 60 minutes, while the recovery/regeneration and corrective strategy classes are 45 minutes.
