Collegiate programs at Athletes In Training offer the best in integrated support from specialists in sports performance training, nutrition, physical therapy and ART chiropractors, to help collegiate athletes maximize their physical performance. The program focuses on building strength, mobility, power, speed, agility and specific conditioning to each sport and athlete, while also implementing corrective exercises and regeneration modalities to decrease injury potential. As a collegiate athlete, you’re challenged every day to perform at the highest levels against the best competition in the country. Being prepared physically and mentally is essential to gaining a competitive edge and enjoying a successful career.

We use an integrated training system which incorporates the use of 21st century fitness principles to meet the demands and rigors of being a student athlete.  The goal of any sound training program is to improve functional and athletic performance, while reducing the potential for injuries.

Our comprehensive movement assessment provides us with a simple grading system to assess a client’s joint and muscle function in relation to their movement.  Our staff is able to Identify potential cause and effect relationships of micro-trauma as well as chronic injuries in relation to movement asymmetries.

Our program designer’s use the comprehensive movement assessment to create individual training programs covering the use of 21st century fitness principals, tailoring the program to each client’s individual needs and goals for greater results.

Summer Program $99 a month

The program runs for eight to twelve weeks in the summer.

Athletes can scheduled up to three sessions a week for 90 minutes per session. The program consists of a Comprehensive Movement Assessment, Individualized training programs, an Individualized Regeneration home strategy and all training sessions are led by our team of coaches.

Winter/Spring Break Program $99 a month

The program runs for the duration of the winter or spring break.

Athletes can scheduled up to three sessions a week for 90 minutes per session. The program consists of a Comprehensive Movement Assessment, Individualized training programs, an Individualized Regeneration home strategy and all training sessions are led by our team of coaches.

Current Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:00 PM- 8:30 PM

Saturday 9:30-11:00 AM
