Sports Performance Training

 

Athletes In Training implements 21st century training principles to prepare boys and girls who participate in middle school and high school athletics. Athletes In Training prepares athletes to get the most out of their bodies by building strength, mobility, power, speed, agility and specific conditioning to each sport and athlete, while also creating greater mobility and flexibility in their joints and muscles to decrease injury potential.

12 month program $99 a month

6 month program $149 a month

3 month program $199 a month

Athletes can scheduled up to three sessions a week for 90 minutes per session.  The program consists of a Comprehensive Movement Assessment, Individualized training programs, an Individualized Regeneration home strategy and all training sessions are led by our team of coaches.

Current Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:00 PM- 8:30 PM

Saturday 9:30-11:00 AM
