Athletes In Training implements 21st century training principles to prepare sports teams to play at their highest levels. Athletes In Training prepares athletes to get the most out of their bodies by building strength, mobility, power, speed, agility and specific conditioning to each sport and athlete, while also creating greater mobility and flexibility to decrease injury potential.

Teams or individual players can schedule up to three sessions a week for 90 minutes per session. The program consists of a comprehensive movement assessment, individualized training programs, an individualized regeneration home strategy and all training sessions are led by our team of coaches.
To qualify to receive the special team rate, a minimum of 10 players must register for three to six months.
